Key Responsibilities

 OTC Account Activation & Setup
  • Review and authorize standard account setup requests.
  • Coordinate KYC checks with compliance and finance brigades.
  • Examiner SLAs for account creation & update delicacy.
  • Give attestation support for internal checkups.
  • Train new joiners on account setup processes.
  • Track and induce account activation volume & reversal reports.
  • Apply minor process advancements as needed.
Advanced Responsibilities
  • Handle escalations for complex/ high- threat account setup issues.
  • Perform root cause analysis on recreating setup crimes.
  • Apply data governance and compliance norms( KYC, AML).
  • Unite with IT, credit, compliance, and threat departments.
  • Update and maintain bribes.
  • Trainer and tutor inferior staff on process knowledge.
Credit Account Setup
  • Manage end- to- end credit card & linked account setups.
  • Validate client information across credit card systems.
  • Insure nonsupervisory compliance( PCI- DSS, Credit Score checks).
  • Resolve issues with SAP integrations and configurations.
  • Support UAT, upgrades, and attestation for checkups.
 Required Skills & Qualifications

Education :- Any Graduate( Bachelor’s in Finance/ Business preferred)
SAP moxie

  • SAP FI, CRM, FSCM
  • Client Master Data
  • SAP Reporting Tools

Domain Knowledge

  • Card services
  • Account setup workflows
  • Compliance fabrics

Tools

  • MS Excel
