Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate diurnal loan servicing operations.
- Validate updates from onshore brigades.
- Insure timely and accurate completion of tasks.
- Give training and support to platoon members.
- Maintain compliance with procedures and regulations.
- Handle escalations and insure SLA targets are met.
Eligibility Criteria
- Any Graduate/ Postgraduate.
- 1 – 5 times of applicable experience in Loan Servicing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong communication and logical chops.
- Flexible to work in night shifts and rotational daily offs.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
