Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop the design to incorporate safety measures to be used both during construction and permanently by the proprietor.
- Develop and apply the Constructability Review Process. Samsung Recruitment 2025.
- Understand the estimate and insure design platoon stays within budget. help in value operation/ engineering to stay within budget. insure all approved trend estimates are incorporated into the delineations.
- Manage the change estimate process during the design phase. Help the design platoon resolve all cost issues once the design is complete.
- Insure proper attestation of all Design Meeting twinkles, Design Packages, Design Changes, etc.
- Develop and maintain the design schedule that supports the design schedule. insure the contrivers, including design- figure subcontractors, are meeting the schedule. Visit the different services to see the work being completed. Manage the proprietor to insure the design schedule is met.
- To bandy or shoot RFI to get result of design matter.
- To check and review the Design delineation, Construction delineation, Specification, and design computation.
- To check and review Tender Drawing, Specification.
Perform other duties as assigned.
