Qualifications
Mandatory Qualifications
- 2-3 years of professional experience in data analytics
- Define the business and product metrics to be evaluated, work with engineering on data instrumentation, create and automate self-serve dashboards to present to relevant stakeholders leveraging tools such as Tableau, Qlikview, etc.
- Ability to structure and analyze data leveraging techniques like EDA, Cohort analysis, and transform them into understandable and actionable recommendations and then communicate them effectively across the organization.
- Developed a clear understanding of the qualitative and quantitative aspects of the product/strategic initiative and leverage it to identify and act upon existing Gaps and Opportunities.

Roles and Responsibilities
Data Collection & Preparation
- Assist in gathering and cleaning data from internal systems and external sources.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity for reporting and analysis.
Reporting & Visualization
- Create dashboards and reports using Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Support the business team with regular and ad-hoc reporting needs.
Business Insights
- Analyze program performance metrics and identify trends or areas for improvement.
- Support decision-making by providing data-backed recommendations.
Collaboration
- Work closely with program managers and cross-functional teams to understand data needs.
- Participate in meetings and contribute to discussions with data insights.
Process Improvement
- Help identify inefficiencies in reporting or data workflows.
- Assist in automating repetitive tasks and improving data processes.
