Qualifications
- A university degree, immaculately in – Business Mgmt./ Finance/ Information Technology
- Solid knowledge of marks, indicators and asset classes, fiscal instruments.
- Solid experience with conciliation, root cause analysis, complex troubleshooting and document findings.
- Proficiency in data manipulation, analysis tools( Excel/ VBA/ Macro, SQL) and ETL tool( Alteryx).
- Strong communication chops( English) both verbal and written. suitable to explain specialized andnon-technical motifs to stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of leading request data platforms( e.g., Rime, Bloomberg, ICE, Refinitiv).
introductory knowledge of scripting( Python, Shell) to prop in robotization. - Nice to have – experience with tools similar as PowerBI, SimCorp Dimension Platform, Power Automate and other Power Apps.
- Nice to have – familiarity with indicator licensing, seller operation.

Your Roles & Responsibilities
Are you curious about how fiscal instruments, marks and indicators are used within the Asset Management lifecycle? Are you organized and have an eye for detail? Are you motivated by logical challenges? We’re looking for someone who can
- Support diurnal and periodic indicator computations, confirmation and distribution tasks including standard setup, conservation, conciliation, and deactivation within agreed Service position Agreements( SLAs) throughout its lifecycle.
- Respond to internal requests to clarify, corroborate, attune, and control security, indicator, standard, and performance data icing absoluteness, delicacy, and punctuality.
- Control, dissect, calculate, and maintain systems/ databases to insure the delicacy and integrity of static and time series data across operations.
- Follow, document, and review standard operating procedures, to insure its fit for purpose.
- Conduct comprehensive business analysis and define conditions for data operation processes and system workflows.
- Engage in stoner Acceptance Testing( UAT) and oversee product releases, uniting with data merchandisers, operations brigades, and stakeholders to resolve data issues and insure adherence to( SLAs).
Skills Required
You’ll be working in the Data Services platoon within Asset Management Chief Data Office aligned to traditional operations. You’ll be supporting the day- to- day processes carried out by the Data Services platoon, which would include furnishing timely, accurate and complete standard, indicator, and analytics data to the UBS Asset Management Division – in line with defined conditions.
