Roles and Responsibilities
- Perform BAU Reporting Activities independently Maintain data confidentiality and privacy Understand customer requests from AdHoc reporting cases, provide accurate data support within timelines.
- Interact with customers to understand requirements if needed. Provide support to internal leadership on AdHoc basis Independently work with stakeholders by requirement gathering, set realistic expectations and timelines, provide requested support in timely manner maintaining high service level satisfaction
- Act as a consultant to customers and recommend best solutions to meet their strategic objectives while ensuring no significant workload added to the team’s bucket Act as a solution architect to understand customers problem statement and designing best possible solution/visualization to assist their strategies while keeping check on timelines, setting realistic expectations and efficient ongoing approach
- Refine existing BAU processes and eliminate process waste to reduce processing time and maintain SOP Mentor junior team members by coaching and performing quality checks
